These folks came by and put down these concrete borders around my trees and crepe mytle trees. Wow!! What a difference! These guys did a great job, very professional and honest! 5 star recommendation!

I hired Cowboy Curbing (Marcus) out of Tyler, TX expecting professional work and basic accountability. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received. The curb color is completely wrong. It was supposed to be black, but what was installed is clearly not black—this isn’t a slight variation, it’s visibly incorrect. On top of that, the job left behind a mess. There is still dark powder/staining on my driveway. I was told rain would wash it off, but that has not happened. I’m now left dealing with cleanup from their work in addition to an incorrect installation. What’s most concerning is the communication pattern. Before payment, responses were immediate and consistent. After payment, once issues were raised, communication dropped off. After I requested a refund through Cash App, I finally got a response saying they would review their schedule and provide a resolution timeline. That timeline was never provided. So at this point, I’m left with: The wrong curb color Visible staining on my driveway Missed commitments and no clear resolution timeline I am still open to a reasonable resolution, but follow-through matters. If you’re considering this company, just be aware: responsiveness may change once payment is made, and you may have to push to get issues addressed. Do the right thing- fix my curb or I will go through every single legal avenue to get you do the right thing! UPDATE: After I posted a review on FB,Google and Yelp, Marcus of Cowboy Custom Curbing reached out saying they will come out on the 1st of May to take care of the curb color as agreed and clean my driveway as well. Let's give them a week and see of they show up. UPDATE (Resolved): I’d like to update my previous review regarding Cowboy Curbing. The vendor did return and fix the issues with my curb, including correcting the color, and I’m very happy with how it turned out in the end. I appreciate the effort to come back and make things right. While the process getting there might have involved some delays and back-and-forth, I’m glad we were able to reach a resolution. I believe in giving credit where it’s due, so I wanted to reflect the updated outcome here.

Quality, beauty and efficiency all in one package. These folks are great to work with and even fixed my mess up when I walked out to observe their artistry and fat footed a spot right into the fresh curbing. Marc and his team are great!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
